Sagittal T2, T1 and axial T1 weighted images of the cervical spine show a
heterogeneous soft tissue mass arising from the posterior C4 vertebral body.
There is marked cervical cord compression and deviation.
The mass shows heterogeneous enhancement on T1 weighted post gadolinium
scans with destruction of the C4 vertebra on the right and partial encasement of
the right vertebral artery.
