portions of the left 7th and 8th nerves.
Upper right image: Axial T2WI reveals abnormal signal within the left globe. Chemical
shift artifacts suggests that the patient had silicone injections for retinal detachment.
Post gadolinium coronal & axial T1WIs of the skull base show enhancement within
the left IAC, as well as enhancement of the right 7th and 8th nerves.
