the right occipital region. Some adjacent brain edema is present.
A hyperintense CSF cleft superiorly suggests an extraaxial location

Rt image: Axial T1WI with Gd reveals bright enhancement.

Coronal & sagittal T1WI's with Gd show that the mass is primarily supratentorial
but it has grown through the tentorium into the posterior fossa

Lt image: Sagittal T1WI with Gd shows that the mass is also wedged
between the straight sinus & superior sagittal sinus.
Rt images: MR venogram reveals no visualization of the left transverse
sinus or the straight sinus.
