A large suprasellar mass is hyperintense on T2 and isointense on FLAIR images.
The mass is slightly heterogeneous. It displaces the carotid arteries anteriorly and
compresses the medial right temporal lobe and the right cerebral peduncle.
The mass is hypointense on T1W images and enhances heterogeneously
Additional T1W images with Gd show heterogeneous enhancement.
CT scans reveal mottled calcifications within the suprasellar mass.
