Legend T2W and FLAIR images show patchy areas of hyperintensity within the subcortical and periventricular white matter. Also, note the abnormal high signal in the corpus callosum and mildly enlarged ventricles.

Legend Axial T2W images demonstrate hyperintensity in the left pons and cerebellum, particularly around the 4th ventricle. Mass effect compresses the pontine and CP angle cisterns and the 4th ventricle.
