Legend
Axial T2WIs show diffuse hyperintensity in the right hemisphere, mostly involving the white
matter with vasogenic edema. Also involved are the right putamen and the right thalamus.
Slight leftward mid-line shift is evident.
Legend
Left: Higher axial T2WI again shows diffuse right vasogenic edema with regions of heterogeneity
adjacent to the medial right central sulcus.
Center & Right: Pre and Post contrast coronal T1WIs show regions of patchy enhancement, mostly
involving cortex of the right hemisphere.
Legend
Post contrast T1WIs again show patchy regions of abnormal enhancement, mostly in the cortex of
the right hemisphere, as well as the right putamen.
