Legend Left: Axial FLAIR & T2WIs and a Sagittal T1WI demonstrate an extra-axial mass in the left parietal region which is T1 isointense to gray matter and heterogeneously T2 hyperintense. Local mass effect is seen with adjacent vasogenic edema. The clivus and the calvarium exhibit heterogeneous marrow signal.
