Left: Axial T2WI discloses a preseptal mass in the right medial canthus, with mildly
heterogeneous hyperintensity also involving the nasolacrimal duct. Note the position of the
normal left nasolacrimal duct.
Right: Axial T1WIs show the same mass to have intermediate T1 signal.
Post contrast Axial and Coronal T1WIs with fat saturation show peripheral enhancement. The
mass appears to remain anterior to the orbital septum.
