Legend
A lobulated T1 iso-, T2 heterogeneously bright mass expands the right posterior
ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses. The mass has eroded the clivus to extend into
the prepontine cistern. The pituitary gland sits on top of the mass.
Legend
The mass enhances heterogeneously and extends laterally into the right cavernous
sinus and superior orbital fissure. It encases the right cavernous ICA without
significant narrowing.
