Legend
An ovoid, well-circumscribed mass is seen along the lateral aspect of the left globe.
The mass is T2 dark and homogenously enhancing. Additional, smaller undulating,
nonenhancing regions along the optic disk likely represent subretinal fluid.
Incidentally noted is an arachnoid cyst in the left anterior middle cranial fossa.
