A large mass with internally heterogeneous T2 signal is seen in the right
occipital lobe with moderate surrounding edema and causing mild midline shift.
Marked hypointensity is present on the gradient-echo image.
T1WI reveal some internal subacute hemorrhage and heterogeneous enhancement,
along with some thickening of the adjacent falx.
MR venogram shows compression of the superior sagittal sinus. CT scan reveals
some internal calcifications. Vertebral and left external carotid angiograms
show a hypovascular mass.
