CT scan shows a large lytic lesion in the right temporal bone with extension
into the hypotympanum. There is sharply demarcated bony destruction of the
petrous apex, inferior cochlea, and adjacent clivus.
Axial Gd-enhanced T1WI with fat suppression reveal additional enhancing
lesions in the bilateral masticator spaces and the calvarium.
