Legend
Images 1 & 2: Sagittal T2 weighted images of the dorsal spine reveal a high signal
heterogeneous lesion at posterior aspect of the spinal canal. The spinal cord at
this level is compressed and displaced anteriorly by the lesion.
Images 3 & 4: Axial T2 weighted images show the involvement of the posterior
elements of the dorsal vertebra by the hyperintense lesion. The spinal cord is
markedly compressed by the lesion.
Legend
Images 5 & 6: Sagittal post contrast T1 weighted images demonstrate
heterogeneous enhancement of the lesion.
Images 7 & 8: Axial post gadolinium fat saturation T1 weighted images show again
the enhancing lesion with central nonenhancing area. The involvement of the lamina
and spinous process of the thoracic vertebra by the lesion is well seen. (T. Lai)
