Sagittal T2 and T1WIs demonstrate disc desiccation at all levels of the cervical
spine. A disc osteophyte complex is present at C5/6. There is a disc extending
posteriorly and inferiorly at C6/7.
Legend
At C5/6, the disc osteophyte complex results in moderate narrowing of the
right lateral canal and neuroforamen. At C6/7, a disc extrusion causes
marked compromise of the left lateral recess and neuroforamen.
