Axial FLAIR demonstrates an area of encephalomalacia in the left fronto-parietal
lobe with compensatory enlargement of the left lateral ventricle. There is also an
area of increased signal intensity at the left posterior temporo-occipital lobe.
Axial T2WI demonstrates increased signal intensity at the left temporo-occipital lobe.
Post-contrast T1WIs demonstrates gyral enhancement in the same region.
Diffusion weighted images show moderately increased signal (restricted diffusion)
in the left temporo-occipital lobe. Perfusion weighted images demonstrate
increased signal intensity (decreased perfusion) in the same region.
