Legend
T2 and FLAIR images demonstrate a mass within the right frontal
bone and a mass straddling the falx. There is increased signal
intensity within the cerebral hemispheres.
Legend
A lower T2WI (left) shows inferior extension of the lesions.
Post-contrast images demonstrate enhancement of the masses. Low signal
edema surrounds the falx lesion, suggesting brain invasion. A third enhancing mass
is seen on the left posterior parietal bone adjacent to the superior sagittal sinus.
The calvarial lesions have eroded through both the inner and outer tables.
Legend
Coronal post-contrast scans show the lesions again. The left parietal mass
is invading the superior sagittal sinus but does not occlude the sinus.
Key words: mri tumor neoplasia calvarium

Breast metastases to the skull and falx
