Axial non-contrast CT scans demonstrate an ill-defined areas of low density
within the white matter of both frontal and parietal lobes. An additional lesion
is seen within the right thalamus. Two small nodular lesions are noted along the
lateral ventricles (right image). Incidentally noted is a cavum septum pellucidum.
Post-contrast images demonstrate multiple enhancing masses within the
both cerebral and cerebellar hemispheres and along the lateral ventricles.
Axial post-contrast CT scans through the pelvis demonstrates a large,
soft tissue mass displacing the bladder posteriorly.
