Axial FLAIR images demonstrate focal hyperintense lesions within the
subcortical white matter and within the genu of the corpus callosum.
Axial FLAIR (left) shows several high signal lesions within the centrum
semiovale. These lesions are hypointense on T1WI (right).
Post-contrast T1WIs demonstrate several tiny enhancing lesions in the
superior posterior frontal lobe. The lesions seen in the subcortical
white matter and at the genu of the corpus callosum do not enhance.
