Legend
Axial non-contrast CT scan (left) of the brain shows a large low-density mass
in the right parietal lobe with associated vasogenic edema.
Post-contrast image (right) shows mild peripheral enhancement of the mass.
There is moderate midline shift with obliteration of the right lateral ventricle.
Legend
Higher sections confirm a peripherally enhancing low-density mass
with edema extending into the internal capsule and midline shift. The
right image reveals more solid components to the lesion inferiorly.
Legend
On T2WI the mass is hyperintense. Mass is mildly hyperintense on FLAIR.
A second hyperintense lesion is seen adjacent to the right frontal horn.
Legend
Pre-contrast coronal T1WI and post-contrast coronal and axial T1WIs
demonstrate a nodular ring-enhancing pattern. A second ring-enhancing
mass is seen in the right genu of the corpus callosum.
