Legend Axial and coronal T2 weighted images demonstrate a large CSF space in the right parietal region with a cleft extending toward the adjacent ventricle. Abnormal thickened gray matter is seen lining this cleft, best demonstrated on the left axial image. Also noted is abnormal, thickened, gray matter in the left frontal and parietal regions.
