Legend On axial CT images there is expansion of the right maxillary sinus by a soft tissue mass with preservation of the bony margins. There is a round calcific density at the posterolateral border of the sinus.

Legend Direct coronal images show that the well circumscribed mass extends medially into the nasal cavity and superiorly into the orbit. On this view the calcific density resembles the enamel portion of a tooth. Key words: tumor neoplasia jaw
