Axial T2WIs at the level of the mandible demonstrate a heterogeneous,
but with mostly low signal intensity, mass involving the left tonsillar region.

On coronal T1 weighted images before and after contrast, there is also
involvement of the contralateral tonsillar region.

There is also involvement of the soft palate and uvula demonstrated here
on axial and sagittal images. No adenopathy is present.
