Legend
Axial FLAIR images demonstrate two round areas of increased signal intensity
in the periventricular white matter suspicious for mass lesions. Focal hyperintensity
is also present in the right occipital lobe. Additional small hyperintensities in the frontal
lobes probably represent chronic ischemic change.
Legend
Coronal T1, pre and post contrast, upper left and right images, demonstrate a small
amount of hemorrhage associated with the left periventricular mass. A third enhancing
mass is noted in the cerebellar midline with mass effect upon the adjacent fourth ventricle.
Legend
A fourth heterogeneously enhancing mass is seen in the right occipital lobe.
