Legend Axial CT images with contrast demonstrate a mass in the left ethmoid and medial orbit that exhibits irregular ring-like enhancement. There is destruction of the adjacent medial orbital wall and extension of the process into both the extraconal and intraconal spaces.

Legend Direct coronal images again demonstrate the infiltrative process involving the left ethmoid and medial orbit. There is also lateral displacement of the medial rectus muscle. Key words: fungus fungal infection inflammation orbit
