Legend Axial T2, axial FLAIR, and coronal T1 without contrast sequences demonstrate a well circumscribed mass just rostral to the third ventricle and in the region of the foramen of Monro. The mass is hyperintense on T1W and mixed signal intensity on T2W and FLAIR images, with a hypointense center and peripheral high signal.There is no hydrocephalus.
