Legend CECT Neck: A large multiloculated soft tissue mass deep to the sternocleidomastoid muscle exhibits mild heterogeneous enhancement. There is extension into the posterior triangle with compression of the right Internal Jugular Vein. There is a small left jugulodiagastric lymph node.
