abnormality within the subcutaneous tissues connecting to the spinal canal at the
L4/5 level. Nerve roots are displaced anteriorly within the thecal sac.
A hyperintense T2W signal region within the conus.
MRI Spine; Ax PD (left top and bottom and center): A right sided elongated
intradural, extra-medullary mass from L1 to L4.
Sag T1W Post-Gd Fat Saturation (right): The lesion does not enhance
MRI Spine; Sag T1W (left top and bottom) and Ax PD (right top and bottom): A curvilinear
signal abnormality extends ventrally from the skin surface. It courses between the
spinous processes of L4 and L5 and traverses the epidural space to enter the thecal sac.
