MRI Orbits; Ax T1W (left top and bottom and right bottom), and Ax T2W (right top):
A lobulated right intra-conal mass, slightly hyperintense on T1W and hyperintense
on T2W. Right globe proptosis with bowing of the medial and lateral recti. The right
orbit is enlarged. Another soft tissue mass is present along the right nasal bridge.
MRI Orbits; Ax (left top and bottom and right bottom) and Cor (right center and top)
T1W Post-Gd Fat Saturation: The intraconal mass surrounds the optic nerve.
Compared to the pre-contrast images, the lesion does not enhance with gadolinium.
The high signal intensity is likely due to elevated protein within the mass.
