CECT Neck: Increased soft tissue swelling along the left side of the face.
The left masseter muscle is swollen and contains an area of low attenuation.
There is slight swelling seen medially along the mandible, as well as
involving the lateral parapharyngeal space.
CECT Neck: Left sided facial swelling with a swollen left masseter muscle.
Also present is stranding of the subcutaneous fat.
