MRI Neck; Ax T2W (left), and Cor T1W (right top and bottom): A heterogeneously
T2W hyperintense lesion in the right carotid space, which is isointense to muscle
on T1W. Some linear hypointense areas are also present. It causes mass effect
on the parapharyngeal space anteromedially.

A slightly T1W hyperintense oval lesion just superior to the flow voids of the carotid artery
bifurcation, which enhances heterogeneously.
