Legend T2 weighted images show an area of abnormal sulcal contour, and increased white matter signal in the left parietal lobe.

Legend Flair images confirm this region of increased white matter signal and thickened and irregular gray matter. Coronal pre and post gad images do not show enhancement. No gray matter lined cleft, intracerebral calcifications, or abnormal venous drainage is seen.
