Legend
Axial flair and T2 images as well as a sag T1 image show a well defined, spherical
mass in the anterior roof of the third ventricle corresponding to the entrance of the
foramina of Monroe. It is hyperintense on T1 and flair images. The ventricles are
normal size and there is no evidence of transependymal flow of csf.
Legend
Pre and post gad images show no significant enhancement. The lesion is hyperdense on CT.
