Legend Coronal and sagittal T1-WIs demonstrate a large isointense mass extending from the sella into the suprasellar region. It invades the skull base, and grows into the left cavernous sinus. Note that the left cavernous carotid is encased, deviated, and narrowed. The optic chiasm is elevated and displaced rightward. There appears to be a clear plane between the lesion and the inferior frontal lobe.
