Axial T2 weighted MRI demonstrate oval hyperintense mass in the sella
and suprasellar cistern.
Axial flair (left) images show oval hyperintense foci in the suprasellar cistern. Sagittal
and coronal T1 weighted MRI of the brain show a mixed signal mass in the sella
and suprasellar cistern. There is mild superior displacement of the optic chiasm.
Coronal and sagittal post gadolinium T1 weighted images show no enhancement in the
sellar and suprasellar mass. The pituitary is likely compressed against the floor of the sella
