Legend
Sagittal T1, axial fat saturated T2 (top), and axial T1 (bottom) weighted MRI demonstrate
a large sino-nasal mass with remodeling of the medial left orbital wall and displacement
of the medial rectus muscle. The frontal sinus is filled by the mass and the cribriform
plate is not well visualized.
Legend
Post contrast axial and coronal T1 weighted MRI with fat suppression reveal a moderately
enhancing mass that completely fills the left maxillary sinus, ethmoid sinus, and the left
nasal cavity. There is extension of the mass through the medial and inferior wall of the
orbit as well as the cribriform plate on the left.
