Legend Axial NECT and CECT show a region of vasogenic edema in the right frontal lobe with gyriform enhancement and focal enhancement of the adjacent subarachnoid membrane. Also, a low density lesion is seen in the left corona radiata with foci of hyperdensity that enhances.

Legend Axial CECT more superiorly shows rim enhancement in the lesion of the left corona radiata. More irregular region of enhancement in seen in the right frontal lobe. Key words: ct infection inflammation fungus
