Legend Axial NECT show that the left maxillary sinus is completely filled with a soft tissue with central fluid density surrounded by soft tissue density medially. The medial wall of the left maxillary sinus is expanded with only a thin rim present. The lateral and anterior walls are thickened.

Legend Coronal NECT shows that the left maxillary sinus is filled with soft tissue which expands out into the nasal cavity and superiorly into the ethmoid sinus. Erosion of the left orbital floor. Key words: ct inflammation mass sinus
