Legend
Axial T2WIs show multilobulated extra-axial mildly heterogeneous T2 hyperintense mass
occupying the right suprasellar cistern, right portion of the cavernous sinus completely
encasing the right ICA, right anterior middle fossa with mass effect on the temporal lobe,
right orbital apex, and the inferior intraconal space. Soft tissue abnormality is also
noted in the right infratemporal fossa.
Legend
Axial and Sagittal T1WIs show that the mass is mostly homogeneous and isointense
to gray matter.
Legend
Post contrast Axial and Coronal T1WIs with fat saturation show that the mass enhances
heterogeneously.
