Legend
T1(left) and T2 sagittal (middle) scans reveal a mass extending from the C5-6 disk interspace,
along with smaller disc bulges at additional levels. Axial T2 (top) and GRE (bottom) images
reveal central canal stenosis along with neuroforaminal stenosis, left worse than right.
Legend
Axial images (right) at C4-5 reveal additional foraminal narrowing, right greater than left.
An additional finding is seen extending along the anterior epidural space on the sagittal
images, isointense on T1 (left) and mixed bright on T2 (middle), greatest in extent posterior
to C2. This likely represents venous engorgement related to the inferior disc pathology.
