Sagittal T2 (left) T1 (middle) and two T2 axial images demonstrate marked nodular thickening
of the cauda equina nerve roots.
Diffuse nodular enhancement of the nerve roots is identified on post gad images.
Sagittal post gad of the cervical spine reveals abnormal meningeal enhancement at the C7-T1
level. Additionally, T1 sagittal brain along with T2 axial demonstrate a right frontal mass
with a fluid-fluid level, as well as a hemosiderin ring compatible with blood products.
