Legend 3D CE-MRA MIP: abrupt tapering of the left vertebral artery a few cm beyond its origin, with reconstitution a few cm proximal to the basilar artery. CE TOF MRA: Raw images at a proximal level show patency of both carotids and vertebral arteries, with decreased caliber of left vertebral.
