Ax T2W: Patchy high T2W signal regions in the putamen are mostly hyperintense on FLAIR.
Serpiginous high T2W signal in caudate and internal capsules attenuates on FLAIR,
consistent with fluid.
Ax T2W FLAIR: Thick band of high signal involving the periventricular white matter.
Cor T1W: Corresponding low signal just superior to the caudate bodies. Also, some punctate
and serpiginous hypointensities in the putamen and external capsule, bilaterally.
