Legend Axial T2W and Sag T1W: large lobulated suprasellar mass involving the clivus and central skull base and deforming the brainstem and right temporal lobe, with homogeneous signal, slightly hyperintense on T2W and hypointense on T1W images. Enlargement of the left temporal horn is also present.

Legend Cor/Sag/Ax T1W: Post gadolinium, avid and somewhat heterogeneous enhancement. The lesion involves the cavernous sinuses, encasing and slightly narrowing the carotid arteries.
