Legend
Axial FLAIR images through the level of the lateral ventricles shows a large markedly
heterogeneous mass that fills the left lateral ventricle and extends across the midline.
Bilateral hydrocephalus is identified with thin linear high signal along the ventricular
margins. High signal is seen expanding the frontal horn of the left lateral ventricle.
Legend
Axial T2 and T1 images through the level of the lateral ventricles show that the mass has
numerous cystic components. The frontal horn of the left lateral ventricle is expanded
with low T1 and high T2 signal.
Right: Sagittal T1 weighted image shows the mass within the left lateral ventricle. The
roof of the ventricle is deformed and irregular.
Legend
Post contrast axial and coronal T1 weighted images show scattered areas of enhancement
within the mass.
