Legend Axial FLAIR images through the level of the lateral ventricles shows a large markedly heterogeneous mass that fills the left lateral ventricle and extends across the midline. Bilateral hydrocephalus is identified with thin linear high signal along the ventricular margins. High signal is seen expanding the frontal horn of the left lateral ventricle.
