Legend Left: Axial CT scan of the paranasal sinuses shows a soft tissue density mass centered in the left maxillary sinus and bulging medially into the nasal cavity. Right: Post-contrast coronal and axial images show some peripheral enhancement of this mass, however, the bulk of the mass has no enhancement.
