Axial T2 and sagittal T1 images of the brain show multiple punctate and curvilinear foci
of high T2 and low T1 signal within the periventricular white matter. These foci are
isointense to CSF. There is no visible mass effect.
Legend
Axial T2 and FLAIR images more superiorly again show multiple punctate and curvilinear
foci that follow CSF signal on both sequences.
