Legend CT of the neck with contrast shows a large mass with cystic components deep to the sternocleidomastoid muscle and below the angle of the left mandible. The cysts have thick walls and the borders of the mass are well defined. The mass displaces the left submandibular gland anteriorly, abuts carotid space, and compresses the left jugular vein.
