Legend Axial T1, Coronal T1 and Coronal T1 post contrast images of the neck show a mass in the left parotid space. The mass involves both the superficial and deep portions of the parotid and extends to the left skull base. It has ill-defined borders in the deep portions of the parotid. The mass also appears to erode the left mandibular ramus. The mass has low T1 signal and shows homogeneous enhancement.

Legend Upper images: Axial T1 post contrast images of the neck confirm the enhancing mass in the left parotid space. The mass extends from the superficial parotid gland through the deep parotid into the parapharyngeal and carotid spaces. The mass also extends anteriorly into the masticator space.
