Legend Sagittal T2 and T1 images of the lumbar spine show grade I spondylolisthesis at L3-L4 and L4-L5. Severe central spinal canal narrowing is identified at L3-L4. The endplates at L3-L4 have an irregular contour. Note the irregularity of the bony margins of the apposing spinous processes of L3 and L4 and focal high signal fluid between the spinous processes of L1-2 and L2-3.
