Left: Axial FLAIR shows additional subtle hyperintensity in the insular cortex, bilaterally.
Right-Upper: Coronal T1 image shows low signal and swelling of the left hippocampus.
Right-Lower: Coronal post-contrast T1 image shows mild enhancement of the left hippocampus.
